Booking information for our guest

Rooms can be occupied from 02:30 pm.

Please let us know if you will be arriving after 09:00 pm. We’ll be happy to prepare a cold platter for you as part of our half board.

You must vacate your room by 11:00 am on your day of departure. A late check-out is occasionally possible after consultation with reception.

Children’s discounts according to the price list. We provide children’s cots and chairs free of charge.

07:30 to 10:30 am: An extensive buffet breakfast with hot and cold specialities from the region.
03:00 to 05:00 pm: Afternoon snack to replenish energy levels.
06:30 to 09:00 pm: A choice of various menus, or buffets with lots of products from the region.

We’ll be happy to provide the ski pass you require if you place your order in advance. The system allows us to issue ski passes from one day.

For our guests with an electric vehicle: We offer 2 charging stations (Typ2).

Our hotel taxi will take you to the valley station of the Gletscherbahn cable car and back daily.

We are animal lovers and your four-legged friends are very welcome at our hotel.

Please note that only certain room categories are available for holidaymakers with dogs and out of respect for other guests, no more than 5 dogs per day are allowed. For your dog we charge € 16,00 per day (without food).

Please understand that your dog is not allowed in the dining room, swimming pool and sauna area.

You can pay us in cash, with an EC card and by Visa and Mastercard.

The General Terms and conditions for the hotel industry (AGBH 2006 – Allg. Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie) apply.

There are no charges for cancellations up to 3 months before date of arrival.
For cancellations from 3 months up to 1 month prior to the date of arrival, 40% of the booking cost will be charged.
For cancellations from 1 month up to 1 week prior to the date of arrival, 70% of the booking cost must be paid.
For cancellations within one week of the date of arrival we must charge 90% of the booking price.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or in case of no-show we have to charge 100% of the booking price.

To avoid the risk of incurring a cancellation fee we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy. We’ll be happy to arrange such cover for you on request. European travel insurance
