Important information for your stay in the Alpenbad Hotel Hohenhaus

Arrival
You may arrive on any day of the week. Your rooms will be ready for you from 14.30 onwards.

Arriving late
Should you plan on arriving after 20.30 or should you be held up, please inform us. We can arrange for a snack to be prepared for you on your arrival.

Departure
On your departure day, please leave your room by 11.00. A "late check out" may be possible in certain cases, please ask at the reception.

Travelling by train
If you are arriving by train, we will gladly fetch you from Mayrhofen station (30€ per trip).

Children
Children’s reductions according to prices.
Highchairs and cots available for free.

Cuisine
07.30 to 10.30: Delicous breakfast with warm and cold specialities from the region
15.00 to 17.00: Afternoon snacks to keep you going
18.30 to 21.00: Choose from various menues or buffets with many products from our region.

Ski passes
We can arrange ski passes for you - please ask in the evening before. Unfortunately, we can’t provide 1-day passes.

Hohenhaus Express
The Hohenhaus Express will bring you to and from the hotel to the cable car station every day.
July - August - September:
Please request the taxi at the reception.
October to May:
We will constantly drive to and from the calbe car station in the mornings, in the afternoon, the taxi will run on the hour and at half past, from 14.30 to 20.00. If you return from the glacier before 14.30, please request our taxi and we will pick you up.

Dogs
We love dogs, which is why your furry friends can come with you on your holiday! We only charge a single 20 - 40€ cleaning fee. Please acknowledge that dogs have to stay outside the restaurant, swimming pool and sauna area.

Payment
We accept cash, EC card, Visa and Mastercard. If you pay cash, we will thank you with a 20,00€ voucher (only if you stay 7 days or longer).
A 10% reduction on the room price is valid for guests who spend 14 days or longer in the Alpenbad Hotel Hohenhaus.

Cancellations
The AGBHs (Terms & Conditions of Austrian Hotelliers) apply.
Cancellation more than 3 months prior to your arrival: no fee
Cancellation between 3 and 1 months prior to your arrival: 40% of your booking
Cancellation between 1 month and 1 week prior to your arrival: 70% of your booking
Cancellation in the week before your arrival: 90% of your booking

We reccommend a cancellation insurance which we could arrange for you.
