"Heumilch" is the healthiest and most organic type of milk and is produced by only 3% of farmers in Europe. In the Hotel Hohenhaus, we serve only Heumilch.

Jams and marmelades:
We produce them ourselves, using fresh fruit and berries.

Honey:
Andreas Klausner, Hintertux.

Bread:
Dorfbäckerei Stock, Lanersbach.

Fruit, veg and lettuce:
Some of our vegetables come from the famous Marchfeld near Vienna, others, as well as fruit, form organic farmers around Innsbruck.

Meat, sausages and Speck:
Cattle farmer throughout the valley as well as the Gasser butchers in Mayrhofen and Aschau.

Poultry and eggs:
Heinz Gugenberger from Oberösterreich.
